Return & Refund Policy
At Yuansia, we want you to feel comfortable when making a purchase. This policy explains how returns and refunds are handled, along with the conditions that apply.
Order Processing and Shipping Overview
Orders are processed within 2 business days (Monday–Friday), with a daily cutoff time of 5:00 PM (EST). Once shipped, delivery to the United States typically takes 15–20 business days (Monday–Friday).
We currently ship only to the mainland United States. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, offshore territories, and APO/FPO military addresses are not supported.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 natural days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused
- All original tags must be attached
- The item must be in its original packaging
- There should be no visible signs of wear, damage, or use
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Accepted Return Reasons
We accept returns under the following circumstances:
- Change of mind (buyer’s remorse)
- Items that are not defective but no longer needed
- Items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect
Non-Returnable Conditions
We currently do not accept returns in the following cases:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items missing original tags or original packaging
- Items with visible signs of use or damage caused after delivery
Return Shipping and Fees
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our support team at service@Yuansia.com within 30 days of receiving your order
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Ship the item to the return address below

Return Processing Time
Once your return package is received, it will be inspected and processed within 5–7 natural days.
Refund Processing Time
After the return has been approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday).
Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
Shipping Fees and Refund Notes
Original shipping fees (if charged based on order value) are non-refundable.
Important Notes
- Please ensure your return is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages
- Returns sent without prior contact may not be processed
Seasonal Extensions
During major holiday periods (such as Christmas), the return window may be extended. Any updates will be clearly posted on our website.
