At Yuansia, we aim to provide clear and straightforward shipping information so you know what to expect when placing an order with us.

Order Processing Time

All orders are typically processed within 2 business days (Monday–Friday) after payment is successfully completed.

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended, but we will do our best to keep delays minimal.

Shipping Origin

All products are shipped directly from our fulfillment facility in China.

Because orders are shipped internationally from China to the United States, delivery times may be longer than domestic U.S. shipping services. We appreciate your patience and understanding during transit.

We currently ship to the following location:

United States (Mainland only)

Please note that we do not ship to:

Alaska
Hawaii
Puerto Rico
U.S. Virgin Islands and other offshore territories
APO/FPO military addresses

At this time, orders outside the mainland United States are not supported.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time for orders shipped to the United States is 15–20 business days (Monday–Friday) after the order has been processed and dispatched.

Public holidays
Flight or transportation delays
Local carrier disruptions

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated based on the order total:

Orders from $0.01 to $58.99: Shipping fee of $6.99
Orders of $59.00 and above: Free shipping

Free shipping applies only to eligible addresses within the mainland United States.

Customs Duties and Taxes

For shipments to the United States, any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or related fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

These charges are determined by U.S. customs authorities. These charges, if applicable, are required to be paid when the goods arrive in the United States. The amount may vary depending on local regulations.

Yuansia does not collect or set these fees, and they are not included in the order total. We recommend that customers review their local import policies before placing an order.

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to delivery failure, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
